Digital Products

Digital products purchased from Live Oak Nest are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description. Access instructions and/or downloadable files are provided after a successful purchase and may also be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced for commercial use.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue. If Live Oak Nest offers physical products in the future, any applicable return or refund terms will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Delivery

Digital purchases are delivered electronically following successful payment. Depending on the product, you may receive immediate access on the order confirmation page, by email, or both. Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct. If you do not receive your purchase or have difficulty accessing it, please contact us for assistance.

Sales Tax
