French Cottage Fall Decor Video Tour
French Cottage Fall Entryway
I kept my entryway pretty simple this year. I hung a small wreath from Floral Treasure on the antique mirror that hangs above my little blue bookcase. Sitting across the way is a buffet piece I repainted and I decided to place some of my vintage books in an old dough bowl on top of that. Then I placed my DIY wheat bundles on either side of it. You can see how this area looked in the video above.
French Cottage Fall Mudroom
For my mudroom, I simply switched out the florals in my French Market Tote and changed out the ribbon. I also switched out my two pillow covers on the pillows I keep on the mud bench.
French Cottage Fall Kitchen
For the kitchen, I hung up one of my larger wreaths from Floral Treasure on my vent hood and draped a soft green velvet ribbon from the bottom of it.
I displayed a few green books, a painted turkey, and some faux hydrangeas on the wood riser that sits on the corner of my islands. I made the floral vase on the corner of the riser using a clear glass hurricane vase and painting it. I’ll be sharing a tutorial for that soon!
French Cottage Fall Decor Dining Room
For the dining table, I put together a Turkey centerpiece and anchored it with a large cutting board. I used vintage books, velvet and painted pumpkins, dishes, and linens to bring it all together.
Didn’t my painted turkey decor turn out so pretty?! I love this big fella!
French Cottage Fall Decor Living Room
I displayed my DIY Fall Pumpkin Topiary in the living room and added a few green and brown toned pillows to the sectional! These brown bird toile pillows are some of my all time favorites!
This is a dried fall arrangement I put together using some dried hydrangeas and a couple of my dried roses from my Grace Rose Farm bouquets.
And I’ve been burning my favorite Fall candles from Antique Candle Co. all season long! Momma’s Kitchen is a scent that I burn all year long. It smells like pies baking and it is so cozy and comforting.
Shop Antique Candle Co.
I found this really large antique basket out thrifting and decided to fill it up with pumpkins for the fall season! I love decorating with baskets, especially in the fall!
Did you notice my new open back accent chair? I found it on Facebook marketplace! I purchased a set of two and put one in my living room and the other in my office. They are in such good condition and they were less than $100 each. These chairs retail for over $1000 each! I’m telling you, if you have not been shopping on your local Facebook Marketplace you are missing out!
My living room is looking a little empty right now because I sold the coffee table I had. I’m in the process of refinishing another one. But I also sold the large hutch that I had behind my sectional. I loved that beautiful hutch, but I didn’t like it back against that wall. I plan to put a buffet there for the time being, but eventually I want to purchase a really large hutch and place it across from the dining table. Then I’ll move that large french buffet over behind the sofa. That’s the plan anyway! ha
French Cottage Fall Bedroom
I did a full French Cottage Fall Bedroom Tour already this season, but I wanted to share a bit of it here in case you missed it.
I love the DIY Fall Swag I made for above the bed. It was just what the room needed. I kept my bedroom very neutral and didn’t pull any greens into this room. I love how peaceful and quiet the room feels. It’s cozy but calm and that’s just how a bedroom should feel in my opinion!
I hope you enjoyed coming along for my fall home tour! I love sharing my French Cottage Fall decor with you and I hope it’s inspired you for the fall season and beyond.
I’d love for you to say hello down below and let me know what you think! And if we’re not friends over on Facebook or Instagram, what are you waiting for?! ☺️
